FedTec Launches Into the Space Domain With $23M U.S. Space Force EM&C Integrator Contract

by FedTec

FedTec has been awarded a $23 million prime contract to serve as the Lead System Integrator for the United States Space Force’s Enterprise Management & Control (EM&C) program, a cornerstone initiative for modernizing Department of Defense SATCOM operations. The contract includes a one-year base period and four one-year options.

The EM&C program delivers a unified, enterprise-level capability that integrates mission planning, resource allocation, situational awareness, and orchestration across military, commercial, and international SATCOM assets. By consolidating authoritative data sources, automating workflows, and providing real-time operational insight, EM&C strengthens resilience, agility, and command-and-control effectiveness across the SATCOM enterprise. This framework enables a hybrid, heterogeneous SATCOM environment with centralized enterprise awareness while preserving decentralized execution at the tactical edge—ensuring warfighters maintain reliable, adaptable, and secure communications in contested and dynamic operational environments.

Under this contract, FedTec will lead the maturation, integration, and sustainment of the EM&C ecosystem across Space Systems Command and the broader SATCOM enterprise. As the EM&C Integrator, FedTec will orchestrate the alignment of applications, interfaces, DevSecOps pipelines, API integrations, cyber compliance, cross-domain data flows, and the overall enterprise architecture necessary to ensure the system operates as a secure, scalable, and interoperable capability.

FedTec’s responsibilities include application onboarding, interface definition and implementation, enterprise service health monitoring, IL6 cloud deployment, secure CI/CD pipeline support, and operational readiness execution in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and EM&C architectural standards. This work ensures the continued evolution of a modern, mission-ready SATCOM management environment—one that accelerates mission planning, enhances situational awareness, and enables data-driven decision-making for all SATCOM stakeholders.

“This award highlights FedTec’s commitment to advancing secure, mission-ready solutions that help the U.S. Space Force meet the evolving demands of its mission,” said Ram Ravi, Chief Growth Officer at FedTec. “In partnership with the Space Force, we are redefining tomorrow by delivering capabilities that strengthen resilience and readiness across the space domain.”
