President & Founder

Mona Kaur, FedTec's President & Founder, offers 24 years of hands-on technology implementation and small business leadership experience. She seamlessly blends her application development background with visionary leadership. Mona inspires innovation and customer excellence in her team while fostering a culture of curiosity, continual learning, smart risk-taking, integrity, collaboration, and transparency. She takes pride in infusing hard work and trustworthiness into every aspect of FedTec’s business. Under her leadership, FedTec thrives as a trusted partner to federal clients, delivering cutting-edge solutions and embracing a culture of mission support preeminence. Mona is admired for her unwavering focus on her team’s health and well-being. When Mona isn’t working, she enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending time with her children. She is a proponent of giving back to her local community and contributing through volunteering her time, leadership and financial resources.

Ram Srinivasan

Chief Operating Officer

Since taking the COO helm at FedTec in 2021, Ram Srinivasan has steered the company through its most dynamic growth cycle to date, achieving 4X contract portfolio growth while deepening relationships across marquee civilian and defense agencies. He leads FedTec’s operational, contractual, and financial teams, integrating program delivery, compliance, and strategic fiscal vision into a single organizational engine that converts mission success into sustainable enterprise performance. Drawing on 25 years of experience at Booz Allen and Keane, where he scaled award-winning government programs and revitalized multiple business units, Ram pairs technical rigor with business pragmatism. Today, he channels that expertise into building the scalable governance, talent, and financial frameworks that position FedTec as an innovative, high-performing, trusted partner to government clients. Ram holds an M.B.A. from UVA’s Darden School of Business and an M.S./B.E. in Engineering from BITS Pilani. Off duty, he’s an avid runner, cyclist, racquetball competitor, and motorcycle enthusiast.

As Chief Growth Officer and Partner, Ram Ravi drives the growth agenda including strategic growth initiatives, solution offerings, and investments that accelerate customers' objectives in a rapidly changing technology and business environment. Ram is a visionary leader known for innovation and digital transformation strategy driving mission-critical outcomes for federal government clients. His consulting experience includes Booz Allen Hamilton and KPMG. He joined FedTec following a 15-year career in Booz Allen Hamilton, and he most recently served as the Vice President, Civil leading the IRS-Treasury business and Civil Innovation Lab. He earned his MS (Artificial Intelligence) from Central University India and MBA from George Mason University VA. He is a certified ICAgile Agile Coach and Agile Facilitator and ITIL v3 practitioner (Intermediate). In Ram’s spare time, you’ll find him riding his motorcycle through the hills of VA.

An inspirational leader, Ronnie Clark boasts 25+ years of operations management experience. As a United States Air Force Veteran, he led critical IT missions globally. Ronnie manages high-profile clients for FedTec, including Brooks Army Medical Center, National Institute of Health, USMC Cherry Point, USMC Quantico, and the Internal Revenue Service. His expertise in IT infrastructure, web-based applications, and security solutions shines. At FedTec, Ronnie also leads and provides guidance for many of our on-site teams, making him a driving force and heart of the FedTec family.

Mark Gamis, Senior Vice President, is a guiding compass of FedTec's mission journey. Mark brings over 30 years of management and information technology consulting experience, including roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, and Accenture leading work with commercial and Federal clients such as Department of Homeland Security. His career has been marked by delivering innovative solutions with direct mission impact. Mark's unwavering passion for delivery excellence and deep customer business knowledge consistently inspires our team be an essential client business partner. As Senior Vice President, his strategic vision integrates mission, technology, cyber and engineering capabilities, making him an invaluable asset. Mark's expertise spans organizational transformation, digital solutions, and cybersecurity, setting the course for our team's journey.

Robin Kidwell boasts 25+ years of visionary leadership. With over a decade at the IRS, she's navigated complex tech transformations, fostering transparency. Her expertise in IT and business divisions positions her as a powerhouse on the FedTec team where she has kickstarted the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs internally and incorporated Client Service processes to boost FedTec delivery. During her IRS tenure, she managed unprecedented change in tax processing, enabled cutting-edge communication methods, and adapted the workforce for 9,000+ employees during COVID-19. She's a catalyst for change and recipient of numerous IRS Commissioner Awards, emphasizing people-focused leadership and the importance of trust and advocacy. Robin Kidwell continues her legacy of transformative leadership, leveraging her extensive expertise to enhance client services and drive technological advancements.

His expertise extends to IT strategy consulting, business/IT alignment, and cost reduction, gained through roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Grant Thornton LLP (US), and more. With a career spanning decades, Pal's contributions have left a lasting impact in the IT industry. We're excited to have him lead our team into tomorrow.

Nav Oberoi is Vice President of Business Development at FedTec LLC, where he drives strategic growth across the defense market. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT, cloud transformation, and data-driven modernization, he helps align emerging technologies with mission outcomes. Before FedTec, Nav, led large-scale cloud adoption programs at AWS and served as a Principal/Director at Booz Allen Hamilton, guiding agencies through complex IT modernization efforts. Nav holds a Master’s in Information Technology from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, India. He is an ICAgile Certified Agile Coach, PMP, and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).

Patrice Wilmont serves as Senior Advisor, Defense at FedTec, bringing more than 25 years of proven leadership in cybersecurity, IT program management, and digital transformation across federal agencies. A former Deputy CISO at the IRS and cybersecurity leader at DISA and the Department of the Navy, she has led multi-million-dollar programs, built high-performing distributed teams, and implemented strategies that significantly reduced cyber risk, improved fraud detection, and accelerated cloud adoption. Known for her expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), AI-enabled risk management, and process reengineering, Patrice is a strategic, customer-focused leader recognized for delivering mission-driven innovation at scale.

Jeffrey Sick

Senior Advisor, Defense

Jeff was previously a member of the Senior Executive Service with the US Air Force, with over 35 years of experience in business systems modernization and digital design, supply chain management and process modernization, maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) operations, systems, and infrastructure modernization, aircraft and systems acquisition, operational/theater logistics, budget program management, and policy formulation. Jeff has held tactical, operational, strategic, and executive level leadership positions across the Air Force, Navy, and Combatant and Major Commands. He has significantly enhanced readiness levels and long-term logistics supportability of Department of Defense fleets through a demonstrated visionary and collaborative style of leadership, multi-faceted information systems and sustainment background, and an extremely strong personal commitment to excellence.

Director, Defense

Rem is a defense executive whose distinguished career, spanning over four decades, reflects exceptional leadership acumen and strategic thought leadership in training, modernization, business growth, mentor-protégé relationships, quality, and operations. During his Army career, he developed and led international military aviation training programs, increasing our allies’ warfighting capabilities and was responsible for major weapon system modernization and procurement programs at the Pentagon. After his Army service, he joined industry and advanced in roles from Program Manager to Executive Vice President, managing technical and training programs, leading growth activities and providing leadership during merger and acquisition activities. Rem brings his extensive experience working in both small, privately owned businesses and large, publicly traded companies, adding to his depth of knowledge in support of FedTec.

John Sullivan

Advisor, Defense

Lieutenant General Sullivan retired in August 2024 after a distinguished 37-year military career, most recently serving as Deputy Commander of U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), a global logistics force of over 120,000 personnel. He led major logistics and transportation units worldwide, including CENTCOM’s 1st Theater Sustainment Command, the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command in Korea, and the U.S. Army Transportation School at Fort Lee.

He held three Pentagon assignments, including Director of Operations for the Army’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics and Director for Strategy, Plans, and Logistics at USTRANSCOM, where he led the effort to establish the command as the DoD’s Single Manager for Global Bulk Fuel.

His deployments included combat operations in Desert Shield/Storm, Afghanistan, and Iraq, as well as peacekeeping in Bosnia with the 10th Mountain Division.

Now, at FedTec, Jignesh channels his wealth of experience into offering strategic IT advisory services, optimizing resources, and fostering innovation. A dedicated professional, Jignesh Gandhi is a driving force for efficiency and innovation, bringing invaluable insights to the FedTec team.

Bharath Padmanabhan is a seasoned Solutions Architect and Digital Strategist with over 25 years of experience delivering impactful technology solutions. As Director of Innovation at FedTec, he drives the development of advanced AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives to solve mission-critical challenges for government clients. Bharath holds certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect and maintains a Top Secret clearance, leveraging his deep expertise in agile delivery, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps to power the next generation of public sector innovation

Rajeev Arora is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, software, and services industries. With a strong track record in performance improvement, team building, and financial operations enhancement, Rajeev is a driving force in our organization. His expertise spans US GAAP, SEC reporting, internal controls, and financial planning. Rajeev holds an accounting degree and an MBA in finance from the Ohio State University, coupled with a CPA license, showcasing his commitment to professional excellence. In his role, Rajeev leads our finance team, ensuring financial excellence and contributing significantly to our organization's growth.

Molly Mays, our Sr. Director of People Services, is an experienced executive with over 15 years of expertise in HR business development and talent development. With a track record of designing and executing targeted HR strategies for scalable growth and increased employee engagement, Molly has significantly contributed to our organization's success. Some of her work includes implementing proven HR systems and processes, establishing company-wide Learning and Development programs. Molly’s strategic guidance ensures our People Services Operations brings continuous and consistent enhanced value to our employees, thus supporting our company’s goal of investing in our talent force.

As the Director of Marketing for FedTec, Tessa brings over an extensive background in marketing. Her previous experience involved overseeing marketing strategies for clients across diverse industries, yielding impressive outcomes. Notably, she conducted SEO training for a prominent Fortune 500 content team, curated a 3+ year-long running newsletter on Artificial Intelligence, delivered SEO insights that contributed to an +11% organic traffic growth for the National Institute of Health, and worked on large-scale social media and advertising campaigns for United States Secret Service and Air National Guard contracts. At FedTec, Her responsibilities include social media management, event planning, website management, and branding initiatives to advance FedTec's mission of redefining tomorrow for the federal government. In her off time, you'll find Tessa spending time in nature, lifting weights, or making art.
