Impact: An AI-powered Agent enabling personnel to optimize their learning assets through a natural language interface.

Overview: Enhancing operational readiness by delivering a smarter, more intuitive learning experience tailored to the Dept. of Defense. Built on Azure Cognitive Search and OpenAI’s GPT-4, it enables semantic search across web and documents. At its core is a research assistant bot powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), allowing users to ask natural language questions and receive authoritative, data-grounded responses. Additionally, a personalized recommendation engine curates content/opportunities based on user profiles, including role, location, and learning objectives.

AI-powered Training Design Agent

SATNav

Impact: Enables faster, more consistent, and mission-aligned learning development. The intelligent phase navigator recommends next steps, synthesizes prior inputs, and accelerates revisions based on feedback to enhance overall force readiness. 

Overview: Guides Marine Corps curriculum developers and instructional designers through the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) using the ADDIE model—Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. By combining GenAI with Microsoft Power Platform tools, SATNav automates task analysis, extracts duties from doctrine and T&R manuals, and generates structured outputs like FEA reports and implementation templates.

Overview: Purpose-built for modernizing aircraft and engine maintenance operations. Developed on Microsoft’s Power Platform and powered by fine-tuned OpenAI GPT models, it transforms OEM manuals, technical specifications, and maintenance schedules into an intelligent, searchable knowledge base. Overview: Accelerates legacy systems modernization through automation, knowledge mining, and adaptive transformation strategies using advanced code analysis to build a contextual knowledgebase from source code, documentation, test data, and change logs—enabling faster reverse engineering and decision-making. It provides a tailored modernization pathway for both “lift-and-shift” to containerized environment or full refactor to cloud-native architecture.
