Scope
The scope includes services to provide Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Clean Energy Security
Special Handling Office support for digital transformation and integration activities, including
collaboration with business partners (e.g., Business Operating Divisions (BOD), Department of
Treasury, Department of Energy, etc.) and IT delivery partners (e.g., Application Development
(AD), Cybersecurity, Enterprise Operations (EOP), Enterprise Services (ES), Strategy and
Planning, User (S&P), User Network Services (UNS), etc.). This includes providing:

• Technical Integration and Requirements Engineering
• Architecture, Engineering, and Software Development
